Halloween

Each year we get together with my brother and sisters and their families for a Yucky Halloween Dinner and pumpkin carving Family Home Evening.    

Rat skulls with brains (aka stuffed mushrooms)

Mummified dogs

Traditional witches brew

Boogers and boils stew

White Chicken Chili

3  Chicken breasts cooked and cubed

7-8  Cans of white or great northern beans (not drained)

16 0z. jar of green verde Salsa

2  Cans chicken broth

1 pint sour cream (add just before serving)

Combined ingredients and heat through.  Serve with grated cheese and tortilla strips.  Easy shmeazy!  

Best moment of the night was when Max
tried on his Buzz Lightyear costume and
he realized the wings lit up.

A sad/happy fact:  Isaac cleaned and carved his
pumpkin all by himself!  And it looked awesome.
