There has been a buzz about choosing a word to focus on for the year. I admit I rolled my eyes at first, but a few days later I had a light-bulb moment and I knew what my word would be.... Authentic.
By definition it means being genuine, real, true, original.
I consider myself an honest person, but upon further reflection I realize there are many layers to being truthful (full of truth). I absolutely love this quote...
So this year I want to focus on being true.... true to who I am, true to what I know.
